About the Estate
We'll be staying in a beautiful luxury villa just a few blocks from Condado Beach in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The Villa has 9 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and a lot of space to mix and mingle, collaborate and create.
You can choose to share a room, or for more privacy, book a private room for yourself during the 4 day, 4 night stay.

About Your Instructors
Luis Quiroz
Meet your retreat host.
I am the Founder, CEO and Lead Consultant at Trending Socials. I have managed social media marketing campaigns for the City of San Francisco, and dozens of brands, bloggers, and small businesses.
I'm a DACA recipient and an immigrant from Guerrero, Mexico. I came to this country as an infant after my parents left their town in search of a better future for me and my siblings. They settled in San Diego, CA where I grew up.
I am a proud entrepreneur and wish I had ventured into this a lot sooner. I am eager to meet new creators on this retreat and help others embark on their entrepreneurship and creator journeys.

Luis Cornejo
Meet your retreat co-host.
Luis is a natural entertainer who enjoys making others laugh and feel inspired. As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Certified Sex Therapist, Luis works tirelessly to support the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. Luis is also the founder of PsychoSocial Media, a mental health platform providing mental health articles and resources. He is also the co-owner of PsychoSocial Therapy, a private practice specializing in LGBTQ+ and BIPOC mental health.
In addition to his professional achievements, he is also an Indigiqueer model who has a deep passion for fashion, visibility, and self-expression. Luis has collaborated with local and international (Mexico) designers. Luis recently launched his Queer Magic Entertainment LLC to continue his work in the entertainment industry through his podcast Queer Magic and other creative endeavors.

What’s included?
This is all-inclusive, meaning that everything is taken care of: access to all creator workshops, activities, lodging, pick-up/drop-off from the airport, meals, entertainment and supplies are all included. Just pay for your flight!

What are the dates?
July 31 -August 4, 2024. Check in is at 10AM (or later) on Wednesday, July 31, 2024. You'll be staying at the Villa through Sunday, August 4, 2024. Checkout is that Sunday at 10AM.

Can I bring my partner or a friend?
Because of the focus and intimate size of our group, we want to limit the open availability for creators only. Your partner/spouse or friend can join us as long as they are participating as a creator and they pay their full portion of the retreat.

How do I get there? Do I book my own flight?
Please book your own flights to and from Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport, San Juan, Puerto Rico as close as possible to the check in/check out times. Share your flight information as soon as it's available to coordinate your pick-up and drop-off.

I don’t have a U.S. passport. Can I travel with/without DACA?
All you need to travel to Puerto Rico is a current state-issued ID, or a current foreign government-issued passport (it does not need to be a U.S. passport).

I have dietary restrictions- will I have food options?
Prior to the trip, we will send out a questionnaire to gather information about everyone’s preferences and dietary restrictions. Everyone will be accommodated.

What is your cancellation / refund policy?
Things happen! We can issue you a FULL REFUND up until 12PM on Friday, June, 28, 2024. No refunds will be issued after June 28th- all sales are final.

What if I don’t like my room?
We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but all room assignments are final.

Can I meet up with other people there?
Yes- there will be free time during the retreat where you can explore on your own.

Can I bring other people to the Villa?
No. For the safety and comfort of all our Staff and Guests, there are no outside visitors allowed to enter the Villa.

Can we drink?
Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic beverages will be available. Alcoholic bevs for 21+ only. Please drink responsibly. While we all like to have fun, this is not a party house.

Smoking Policy
Absolutely no smoking on the property- inside or outside.

Quiet Hours
No loud Music between the 10 pm and 8 am quiet hours, all guests must not loiter or hang out outside during quiet hours. You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.
